We were very indecisive buyers, and very frugal with our budget, but they were patient with us through the whole process and always willing to talk through changes in our priorities and needs. We were also (a little) picky, so we chose a lot of the homes we ended up seeing through Redfin and other sites. Liz was always quick to call and set up showings, even very last-minute, which made all the difference when it came down to finding a home that suited us.
